Key Responsibilities
As an IT Desktop Support Technician, you’ll keep the company’s tech running smoothly, ensuring employees stay productive. Your duties will include:
Providing first- and second-line desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop systems (Windows/macOS).
Troubleshooting printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Assisting with user account management in Active Directory.
Ensuring compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
Logging and resolving support tickets via a helpdesk system.
Offering remote and on-site support to end-users in a fast-paced office environment.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
Education: National Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Certifications: CompTIA A+, N+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) advantageous.
