Warehouse Supervisor – Distribution Centre (Kempton Park)

Reference: WH/SUP/10/2026 Closing Date: 24 October 2026 About the Role A growing logistics and distribution company is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their Kempton Park facility. The successful candidate will manage a team, ensure accurate stock control, and keep the warehouse running efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities - Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks - Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods - Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and full stock takes - Maintain health and safety standards in the warehouse - Monitor productivity and address performance issues - Liaise with transport, sales and procurement teams - Report daily and weekly operational figures to management - Ensure all equipment (forklifts, racking, packing stations) is used correctly and maintained Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 - At least 3 years’ warehouse experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role - Computer literacy (Excel and warehouse management systems) - Strong organisational and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Forklift licence advantageous Email your updated CV and a short motivation letter to: recruitment@logisticscareers.co.za Email your updated CV and a short motivation letter to the HR department.
