Closing Date: Not specified Start Date: 2025-06-12 Purpose of the Role To manage and maintain quality within Fidelity SecureDrive, resolve customer-related issues, and uphold superior technology and service standards. The role involves defending fitment-related issues and contributing to the mission of providing exceptional client service that exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities Resource Management: Ensure vehicle cleanliness, roadworthiness, and no traffic offenses Maintain and service tools, ensuring safekeeping Conduct stock takes and resolve missing stock issues Monitor cell phone device functionality and data usage Maintain clean, presentable uniforms per PSIRA standards Administrative Duties: Perform daily administrative tasks for smooth technical operations Manage office functions (e.g., filing registers, updating databases) Technical Support: Provide on-the-job coaching to technicians Address complaints and offer product support (on-site and remotely) Handle technical and client queries Assist with fitments when required Install, repair, and maintain tracking systems to high-quality standards Implement new fitment techniques (e.g., OEM guidelines, specialized methods) Conduct technical evaluations and repairs Compliance & Professionalism: Maintain personal hygiene and uniform condition per PSIRA standards Adhere to company policies and procedures Develop skills through training and initiative Provide comprehensive feedback to internal stakeholders Requirements Matric Valid driver’s license (Code B) Clear criminal record PSIRA Grade C Trade test in motor electrical electronics or similar (preferred) Auto-electrician qualification (advantageous) 6-10 years’ experience in vehicle tracking equipment fitment Attributes Action-oriented Strong fault-finding skills Attention to detail Problem-solving ability Application Notes Company Overview Fidelity Services Group is Southern Africa’s largest integrated security solutions provider, with over 60 years of experience.
